About GCA
Established in 2007, the Global Communication Association (GCA) is a not-for-profit professional body intended to promote academic research and collaboration in a wide range of topics related to mass media, journalism, public relations, advertising, social media, broadcasting, cultural studies, political communication, new media technologies, and intercultural communication studies. Through its conferences, GCA facilitates joint projects, networking, and research opportunities among scholars and students.
